Pool Things are manufactured in Scottsdale, Arizona by Luxbraco Corporation. Then manufacture manual clean and self Cleaning Salt Water Chlorinators.

Salt Levels (Manual Clean and Self Cleaning Systems ) =4100 ppm to 5500 ppm per their manual.  

               Mininum level should not drop below 3200 ppm. Maximum salt = 5500 ppm

Warning:  We have noticed that many Pool Thing cells can leak water thru the cell cord and into the power box. This is a dangerous condition and if you see any water coming from your cord or into the box, shut the power off immediately and Call Pool Thing (1-877-766-5844) for warranty service. This is a potentially dangerous condition.  Make sure you clean your cell all the way to the cap so the calcium does not block the current to cell causing the cord to overheat.  This causes the epoxy to melt and create this leak condition.
