Strainer cover T-Ring, Hayward Northstar (SPX4000TS)

Fits Northstar from 2003 to 2007

The Hayward original replacement SPX4000TS strainer cover O-ring or T-Ring for the Northstar Pump. This SPX4000TS fits in the lid like an O-ring but resembles a T, it is used on Northstar models produced from 2003 to 2007. If the O-ring is swollen or cracked it can cause your pump to suck air and spit air back into the pool through inlets and it must be replaced. Not replacing O-rings can damage your pool equipment, have a negative effect on filtration and decrease the efficiency of pool chemicals
